I own a 2006 Speed6 with the factory installed GPS. About two weeks ago I was driving and following directions when the GPS suddenly lost its position. It decided that it was miles from where I was actually driving and naturally stopped giving directions. I drove it home and tried factory reset, reloading the CD, but it could not figure out where it was. I then did what I would call a manual reset by finding my house on the map and setting the GPS to that position. I tried using it for directions again yesterday when the same thing happened. I was driving down the garden state parkway here in new jersey when suddenly it decided it was in Pennsylvania. Does anyone have an idea of how I can correct this?

Is the car still under warranty? If it is, I would recommend taking it to the dealer.
