Default whining noise from front

I am getting a whining noise when doing 40mph+, at first i thought this was the wheel bearing so got it checked to be told it was prob the tyres, so after getting them changed the noise is still there.
Has anyone had the same problem with there mazda 5 ??? mine is a 06 diesel.

Diesel? nice!!!! i wish they have diesel here in the US. does it do it with the A/C on? is the noise coming from the right side or left. is it a turbo diesel? are your inner fender liners intact? is there anything loose under the car? maybe a plastic trim? does it do it all the time or intermittent? does it go away when you turn left or rt? does it go away if you are on a exit? does the noise get worse if you speed up? are your brakes worn?

Whining from the front...sounds like the wife!

Seriously, does it only happen at 40+ or whenever you accelerate?
