Default Non starting issues

2006 1.8 Petrol, I haven't used the car for about 4 weeks, Took battery off to charge yesterday, back on today still not starting, neither of the key fobs working and the stereo not coming on even though battery showing 12.8 volts, My friend and I bump started it and it started straight away, turned off and nothing again! Supposed to be taking kids away on Monday so need to get sorted pretty quickly. Starter is clicking but so is something in fuse box. Lights and everything working but car will not start just a click. Original thought is starter but apart from its awkward location, that wouldn't cause keys not to work or radio not to work! The fact that it bump started leads me to believe it cant be ECU related or am I wrong there? Is there a starter fuse or something like that, am handy with spanners but sadly terrible with electrics! Any help appreciated, Thanks Rich
