I live in Canada, Quebec. I have a Mazda 5 2011, it sleeps in a heated garage since day one. Maintained by the dealer.
I have only 60,000 km. My car age is 13 years old, I know the millage is not up to change my timing belt, my question does the time have an effect on my timing belt, deterioration like the belt dry with the years ?

If it has the LF 2.0 0r L5 2.5 petrol engine, then it will have a timing chain, which should never need changing.
