Yes I did.. I took my car in for the Mazda Connectivity update/recall in January. This is the one they advertised since last year. It would link your car with their app on your smartphone. It consisted of downloading new programs to the car's various computers, I think. When they were done, my smartphone was connected to the car and the navigation voice is back.

 

Me too - it was only at the dealer when they updated the software that the voice came back properly.
