Icspots: We had this dicussion a month ago about the aux unit. I plugged the 3.5 into the back of the sirius and the aux jack. Then, shortly after that, (although I can't prove it) my keyless remotes did not work any more. Took it to the dealer, they ordered the key module. I unplugged the wire, cause they suspected it. Went on vacation to a couple of beaches. Came home and the keyless was working again. So, I called the dealer and cancelled my appointment. Kept the wire unplugged ever since. Don't want to use it if it is going to knock out my keyless. Even though I agree with you, I don't know how they are related either. If I had an Ipod or Mp3 player to test it. Maybe I will borrow one off the neibours kids or something. Or, maybe I will try it again. This was no cheap cord from the dollar store. This wire is a 20 dollar gold plated thing from Radio Shack.
