Default Window tint

I'm wanting to tint my rear windows (doors, corners, and hatch) on a 2008 Mazda3. Is it worth trying to do, for the first time. Or should I splurge alittle and pay to have it done. Also, does anybody have any tips for doing it myself?

My opinion... SPLURGE!!! You'll be so much happier, it'll get done much much fasterand will have given someone else theheadaches in exchange for a little money. Plus you might even get a warrantydepending on the shop and tint type you choose.

I agree with virgin1, have a shop do it. While applying tint is very easy.... I mean you put the sticky side on the glass.... there is a great deal of technique that goes along with it and it takes a lot of practice to become proficient at it. I'd recommend having a reputable shop do your install for you and just avoid the hassles you'll undoubtedly run in to if you do it yourself.
