Should I get buy this ms3?

Went to look at it today,its about 45 miles from where i live.test drove it and fell in love.one of the fastest cars iv ever driven. nice interior but there are some blemishes that i did not notice in the pictures one is that there are 2 scruff marks right below the fog lights?on each side.there is a little stain in the back seat.the only aftermarket part on it is the BOV. are they asking too much for this car.??? any help would be great thanks.

you will be disappointed: but I will never give an opinion about a used car purchase unless I can inspect the vehicle on my own. You would do well paying a mechanic for an inspection on your behalf. If the dealer balks at the idea then walk , no run! away and never look back.
