Reception?
I read the thread onall the antenna stuff! But no one, not even the web site that sells the $68 "Shark fin" replacement say anything about performance. Is it as good asor better than the original whip? Or does it just look better and "kinda" work? ('07 M3 HB). Comments? Thank you.
. I can careless though i always got a cd in.

My own opinion is thatthe sedan looks better with the sharkfin, but the hatch doesn't look bad w/it either just not as good as the sedan. I have the 4" shorty and it will do for now.
Reception: From talking w/local chapter members/owners that have them and what I've read on the forums it's not bad.Notany worse than my shorty.The sharkfindoes have a coil load built in to it that helps.
I used to be in commercial radio, oh, how many years ago now (
,) but it's gotten so commercial (more commercials than anything of substance) I don't even listen to it anymore anyway. Like 2.0 said, if I have anything on at all, it's usually a CD where I get to choose what music I'm listening to... and no commercials for something I don't use or want.
