Default Problem with new dpf filter and erreor codes

New exhaust fitted
Fault codes
The reading from the sensor shows 100% even after swapping out sensor
Swapped out the exhaust pressure sensor

And done the wire and diagnostic reset as well. Wanted to know other peoples opinion and see if I have missed anything

Dropped oil and new filter in as well

Mil light is on as well as a solid dpf followed by flashing dpf

Thanks

Did you carry out the "Oil data" reset after changing the oil?

Yes I tried all the combinations of the manual wire to ground reset including 10 presses. 5 presses and finally the 2 press force regen. I'm not a novice been on the spanners for 20yrs jaguar for and vw trained Just the codes keep pointing back at exhaust pressure sensor. No amount of cleating the codes either via obd or earth cable seem to work

So you clear the codes, and the come straight back?
Do you have the option on your scan tool to reset the DPF values?
Can you Perform injection amount correction procedure, then perform manual diesel particulate filter regeneration procedure?
Can you monitor live data/Pids?

All codes reset. All environmental data reset. Trued both manual 2 pumps force regen and also obd force regen still no joy. Cleaned egr out. Cleaned maf sensor and another one I found on the manifold. Replaced the ambient air sensor and exhaust pressure sensor with £280 supplied Mazda part. Apart from throwing it all in the bin what else can I try?

Did you fit a genuine or aftermarket DPF?
Workshop manual does talk of possible ECU faults.

Is it a BK or BL MAzda 3? & what year?

Hey, so been reading through this thread and I'm pretty much at the same point as you, I even gave in a replaced the dpf for a new one so I defo don't have a blocked dpf or blocked or collapsed lines and as soon as it starts back up it kicks up the same fault codes. Doing my head in now and hoping you found a good fix!?!?
