Default Mazda 3 Rebooting Loop

Hello Mazda owners, I have been owning a Mazda 3 MAXX 2015 in Australia for just over a year and it runs perfectly until recently I have been experiencing infotainment system constantly rebooting every minute no matter how many ways I tried to resolve it. The symptom of car is that the infotainment system interface went offline and in blackout entirely, and then all of sudden the radio comes on in the dark whilst the screen is still in dark mode. All the actions in the center control did not work unless I try to hard reboot it. There are so many threads and videos online and I tried a few of them. However, they do not seem to work on my car (Pulling out SD card, trying to hard reboot, etc). I have been noticing that my hardware is very outdated and wonder this might be the cause of the issue. But, I was just thinking how come I did not run into the issue during the past year I drove the car and during previous ownership. Only until recently did I start running into this issue. Well, of course I have called the local Mazda dealer and they said I need to send the car in so that they can inspect the issue. Unfortunately, they are fully booked that I need to wait till beginning of December. In addition, I have tried to diagnose the SD card and it is working fine and no defaults or anything like that, except the map was outdated and the last update was in 2018. Mazda toolbox does provide update options but with a hefty price. Can someone tell me their experience and how they resolve it in the end? First time posting here and really appreciate everyone leave a comment. Thank you.

The first thing to do for a DIY is to disconnect your battery for about 1o minutes then reconnect and immediately start the engine Let the system power up. If it still happens you need to get your system updated. I suggest letting a Mazda dealership to do this as well get the last and current updated for your ECU.

NO no no!! Please at least learn about what electrical parts do and how they work before posting bad information! Does your vacuum cleaner still work when you pull the power cord from the power outlet?
