Anybody have this issue while trying to down load new maps or toolbox. I download the toolbox insert the card and it comes back need to update toolbox, download update and the update loads and stops will not go past the end user license agreement I can scroll through the agreement, no buttons to continue, even after inserting the card nothing happens no log in no nothing, I have a CX5 Signature purchased in July 2019, I did 2 prior updates no issues.

 

You have authentic card or aftermarket?

 

Are you sure there is an update needed? I tried to update mine a few weeks ago and it said I was up to date. I have an aftermarket card, BTW.

 

I have an original factory card.
