All you need to do add is the switches for the steering wheel, and replace the brake switch w/ the cruise capable one. Let me see if I can find the p/n's.

'07+ 3's
BN7N-66-490 Brake switch
BS3E-66-4MO Steering switches

So you can see the '07 switch p/n is different, though the brake switch is the same. You can probably find the switches cheaper on ebay or from a junker. HERE's a walkthrough on the install.

how much is it to buy it with this feature on it already? Is this one of the features that you would buy a car for and hope you didnt have to add it yourself? Some things I can see about adding later... but cruise I would try and get when I buy the car......... if I even thought about it during the purchase process.

 

It costs less than 200 and is ridiculously simple. if you get a deal on a car like I did putting it in after the factis not a big issue at all.

 

Just wanted to let everyone know that this will work on the 2009 models as well! Just finished the install today and it works like a charm. The p/n are the exact same as the 2008. Enjoy!
