Mazda 3 2.2D skyactiv - Coolant loss
Hi,
I purchased an early 2016 Mazda 2.2D skyactiv with 72000 miles on it from a garage about three weeks ago. A week after buying it I noticed the coolant was lower than it should be. Bought some Fl 22 coolant an topped it up to the max line. I then took it to a garage to check it out and they said no leaks. Two weeks later and the coolant has gone from maximum to minimum again, with no temperature warnings etc.
I just used a test kit off Amazon to check for exhaust gases in the coolant and there wasn’t a change in colour. There’s no other typical head gasket symptoms present as far as I can tell. What else could it be?
Regards
Christian

I have kind of the same issue, just in addition it smokes and smells bad,but not sure if it's related to the coolant loss.
Firstly when bought the car i blamed the radiator,i changed it but it didn't help.
