Default Mazda 3 1.6 petrol 2008 AC RPM problem

Hi all. Lately I have this constant drops in power/RPMs that drove me crazy.
It is most noticeable on highway when I try to maintain constant speed. I keep gas pedal on the same place, and It drives normal for few seconds, then drops rapidly like someone is pulling me from behind, then accelerate again, then drops power again.
Sometimes I put gas pedal to the flor but it won't drive faster than 100 kmh (60mph).
I got check engine light on with P2177 System too lean off idle bank1.
In the official Mazda mechanic shop they changed all spark plugs and replaced oxygen sensor. Tested there and it all looked fine, but then when I was going home same thing happened. And than I realized it have something to do with AC (or maybe any type of load).
When I turned AC off it drives fine, with AC on it cuts RPMs by half.
Here are two short clips I put in video. First part is where I turn on and off AC manually, second part is when AC is always ON and RPMs drops for a few seconds, then goes back up, then down again .. and keeps going like that... up down up down.

Anny help and recommendation would help.
Ty.
