I have a 2012 mazda 3i and have had an issue with the locks for a while now. I can't seem to find a solution online so hoping someone here may be able to help.

The car will unlock via the key fob and all unlock buttons no problem. It will not lock however using the key fob or the lock button on the door. Any idea how to troubleshoot this?
