I've connected my phone and can call out and use Bluetooth but I can't use the voice command. I can hit the button but she never picks up my voice and I've done all the tips to make sure my voice is clear. any one have ideas or ways to reset the mic or get it to where hands free picks my voice up?

 

My "voice" function is terrible... Mazda needs a software fix to get this working properly.
