P0704 is the Clutch Pedal Position Sensor.

You may be able to bridge the terminals on the connector to test if its the switch/sensor at fault & not a wiring issue.

Worst case scenario is a faulty PCM.

Does the car still start okay? I've had a car that had this go bad, and it wouldn't start as it couldn't detect the clutch being pushed in for it to start.
