Default Mazda 3 rotor question

Hi folks, just signed up and I have a 2014 itouring 3. I do mostly city driving and at 15k miles the rotors already need work; I get the brake shudder when braking at 50-60 mph. It's a lease and I take it in to the dealer at the scheduled oil interval and have my tires rotated at that time as well. I can only suspect that maybe the service shop didn't torque the lug nuts properly or its just cheap brake parts. Has anyone been through this and what have they done. I'm mostly likely keeping the car as its pretty darn nice otherwise.
thanks!

You should definitely have that looked at in the shop since it's a lease.
