I have a Mazda 3 four-door and I was wondering if anyone had a suggestion about what kind of bike rack works best. Or at least which ones to avoid...

I just added a hide a hitch on my 3, I purchased a thule 957 parkway carrier.
this carrier will hold 4 bikes. I will post a pic of this setup soon. I have stayed away
from roof racks due to the hassel and paint damage that can happen.

 

Oh, not to mention the wind drag roof racks create with small cars.

 

Any pictures? Also, what about Rola brand racks?

any type of bike racks that fit on the rain gutter, and like a factory OEM look?

 

Does the bike rack handle dual suspension bikes and is it easy to mount and dismount? How much should one pay for the parts and labor?

 

I have a Yakima rear mounted rack on my 3. It fits fine for my bike even with my wing spoiler. I do not have any pictures installed but I do use it regularly and haven't had a problem yet.
