Default Mazda 3 Options..... Newbie here, help me.

Hi guys, I am newbie when it comes to getting a car. I am thinking of getting a Mazda 3 really soon, but I have some questions. There are lots of options such as Xenon headlights, Navigator etc.... But when I do an inventory check on my local dealers, none of them have the exact configs I want. Here are my questions, if I want to get the exact configs I am looking for, do dealers put these options in after I purchase the car? Or I just need to be lucky enough to find one in my neighbourhood? Or am I just an idiot asking an impossible question? Please teach me about adding options etc.... I need your help. Thanks.

Man, with those options you can't go wrong.. my boyfriend is pickin up his new 3 sport this week and I wish we had the option of getting Xenon lights.. The Canadian options are basically limited to whether you want a sunroof or not... You lucky Americans

The factory options are done at the factory and the dealer can not change the configuration unless it is at customer's expense, including labor. I had a factory spoiler installed the day after I bought the car, but did get a little discount off the price.
