Hi new to the forum. I have a 2018 Mazda 3 sport 2.0 and I recently got the factory apple car play upgrade installed by the dealership but I am not able to use the touch screen while driving and it has been kind of annoying using the button. I was wondering if there’s anyway I can fix it to where I can use the screen while driving

 

I thought Apple and Google only allowed auto makers to put in carplay/auto head units.
