ABS/DCS/i-stop Trouble code C0020 on 2010 Mazda3

ABS/DCS/i-stop Trouble code C0020 on 2010 Mazda3

I am looking for a replacement 8V61-2C405-AG ABS unit for a 2009/11 2gen Mazda 3 hatch with a MZR 2.0 DISI engine. The car is of Japanese origin. I have had my abs, DSC and I-Stop(Flashing amber) warning light on for about two months now. I scanned it for fault codes and I got a C0020 code. A quick internet search suggested that the abs unit has to be replaced completely.
I am open to suggestions for alternative solutions.
Something worth mentioning, I found a unit for a Ford Focus or something, on Ebay with part number BV61-2C405-AG for $35, I was wondering if it might be interchangeable with the Mazda part number 8V61-2C405-AG since Some Ford and Mazda vehicles share some parts.
