Usually, when the bite point of the clutch is right at the top of the pedal travel is a good indication, along with if you accelerate and the revs go high without a increase in speed is another good indication.

200,000 miles is good clutch utilization. The clutch seems very strong. I bought car with 26k miles. Nothing major was changed. A few times I get it up to 140mph.
