Can you access the car original menus? not the radio / map, but settings etc.

I already contacted couple sellers to ask if original menu is still available. Got only answers like maybe yes, maybe not.
My question is that can I still access the original system menus?
For example there is Applications / Maintenance which shows how long time till next service. From Warning Guidance should see alerts.
From Settings menu can then modify some car settings like door and lights behavior.
Please feedback if you know are those accessible or not.
