I bought a new fob for my Mazda 2 and have successfully programmed it a couple of times. The issue that I have is that the computer seems to forget the fob after a few hours. I had it working just fine, but the next morning, it wouldn't open the car. Does anyone have any insights? I'm using the top piece with the chip from my old remote as the new chip doesn't seem to work at all.
