Vibration while on drive gear Mazda Tribute 2002

Vibration while on drive gear Mazda Tribute 2002
When I put my mazda tribute 2002 on drive gear, it vibrates, and when put on neutral vibration dissapears. I change one of the motor mount but problem wasn't solved.
Any solution for this problem?
