Default Oil cooler leak

Hi all. This is an oil cooler that is the same as mine on my 2004 v6 Tribute. Now it has been leaking oil since i got it 3 years ago. I have had every gasket replaced by the specialists and i use that term loosely, after them saying it was coming from tappet cover, main seal front seal etc etc etc. Now 12 months ago after my never ending search i managed to locate the drip. It was coming off the side of the oil filter after running down from the cooler. I replaced the o ring in it myself but it continues to drip. Just wondering if anyone knows where on the cooler it may be leaking from, a seam maybe. I should add the o ring i got was from a Navara or similar and was told it was the same, it fitted snugly.
Any help appreciated.
