Default Hard shifting gear and clicking noises when shifting gears, 2.0, 4x4, 2001, manual

Hello all,
I have a problem with my mazda tribute 2.0, 4x4, 2001, 5 speed manual transmision, problem is,
when shifting gears i hear and feel under the hand like clicking noise, feel it is like tearing metal to metal, any of you have had this problem?
Also changing gears is hard.

I change transmision oil, same thing, shifting gears is a little easier but it is still hard, i then tear down central console and lubricate everything under the shifting gear stick (or what ever you call it) also same thing. It feels like clicking is coming from the left transmision cable (where is holder that holds both transmision cables from the driver cabin). I disconnect left transmision cable, (right stays connected) from the gearstick and there is no clicking, gearshift goes easily. Afther that i disconect both cables from gear stick, everything is ok, no clicking. Afther that i connect left transmision cable and clicking is come back, also under the hand i feel kick and hear sound in that moment like metal to metal tearing.

Thanks in advance
