Here is a video of it starting. I won’t be able to get my hands on that snap on scanner for a few days unfortunately

When I was testing with the MAF unplugged and whatnot. Everytime I would unplug a sensor it would show up as a dtc

well that video can be caused by so many things, and you still have not looked at the monitors as I keep recommending.

One more thing. If I pull a spark plug it’ll start. And it seems if I remove the hose that goes from the intake to the pcv valve. And plug the intake side. It will run better

I will as soon as I can get my hands on the scanner again. I really appreciate all your insight!

Since it starts with a spark plug removed it instantly makes me think there’s to much back pressure caused by a plugged Cat.

LOL if you checked the monitors that would have reviled things. But a problematic CAT would have generated at least one of several DTC none that you posted. And then there is the obvious. rotten egg smell and change in the exhaust tone. The other test would have been to run the engine to operating temperature and measured the Hc's at the exhaust or what the EGT and CAT temperatures were. However and again nothing you posted has pointed to a failed or failing CAT.
