Default Water in the tail lights

Anyone got any insight on the water in the taillights problem yet? Is the plastic taillight housing leaking at the seems where the black and clear plastic meet or is the gasket at the rear worthless, or ???.

Yup- had the same problem. Take it in have them replace it. The seal is bad on yours. It can take a couple times to get it right.

i had mine replaced but the gasket failed over time again. ended up getting some foam tape and putting it around the holes on the body of the car. haven't had a problem since.

If the warranty doesnt cover it you can have them sealed at a body shop with silicone to prevent further moisture build up.

you can just buy the silicone and do it your self and never worry about it again, its realy easy.

It's a fault recognized by Mazda. They should replace the seals under warranty

it's a warranty item if your vehicle is still covered
