protege baddd hesitation

i don't know anyone in your area who could help out. wish i did though. all that i can say is to go ahead with replacing that pipe and removing that extra injector. after that, install an oil catch can and see if that helps with any of the smoking. if that doesn't help, check compression and check the control rings on the turbo. also, when you are on the driver's side of the motor, check the side of the valve cover that is facing you. there should be a hose coming off of it going to the intake tubing. if that hose is disconnected, check to see if it can connect to any other spots on the intake tubing. he could have blocked off the crankcase vent and caused oil to creep by the oil control rings.

there seems to be a couple of issues here. to put your finger on one thing and say that's what's wrong is a bit far-fetched.

ok thank you for the awesome help i will definately look into his car more. and he needs a clutch so hopefully he will go to a mazda dealer or something so they can take a peek at it. thank you thank you

dont forget the plugs i know it sounds crazy but its prob the problem
