TEH CAR IS NOT CHANGEING THE GEARS. THE TRANY IS OK BECAUSE I WENT TO AAMCO AND THEY SAID IS BECAUSE OF THE COMPUTER DOSE LIKE THIS BECAUSE THE CAT IS LOW EFFICENCY? ANYBODY HAD THE SAME PROBLEM?

The catalyst efficiency code is not going to affect the way in which the transmission shifts. If converter was clogged up badly (you said earlier that a mechanic said it was not) then you would experience a loss of power but not trans shifting problems.
