Default noobe here with a question

im working on a '97 protege lx it has the 1.5. It will hardly idle and if you have all the accessories on like lights, heater etc on it will idle a little better. If you give it gas or even tap the throttle it will start idleing around 300rpm's and be very rough and usually dies any idea's. I replaced the EGR boost sensor with the 2 vacume lines on it. It seemed to help a little.

sounds like a vaccum leak i had something simular to what your having on my gf's car i took the throttle body off the manifold and the gasket was in about 10 pieces so i made a gasket out of that gasket material you can buy at an auto parts store and the idle went from 300ish rpm to about 800
