Default Noob here - 91 B2200 Timing Question

1st let me appologize, because this might be kind of lengthy.

Recently I acquired a 91 B2200 with a cracked head. I have installed a re-built head and am now to the point I am lineing up the timing belt. I do have a manual, however it is somewhat vague (at least to me anyway) on exactly where to position the camshaft timing gear at.

The gear has arrows beside each # from 1 to 4 located around the gear, however just to the right of the #1 arrow there is a stamped or possibly even cast into the gear an "O". My question is:

When I have the crankshaft pulley and #1 piston @ TDC should I position the camshaft gear at the #1 arrow or at the "O" that is just to the right of the #1 arrow?

My 1st instinct was I needed the camshaft gear to be @ the #1 arrow when the crankshaft was @ TDC, but then I noticed on the crankshaft pulley when located @ TDC there is an identical "O" just like the one on the camshaft gear, so my fealing is now that maybe I should set the camshaft gear to the "O" when the crankshaft "O" is @ TDC.

bkey's pic accurate to the align marks. Use the detent and arrow on the crank pulley and use the arrow labeled #1 for 12:00 position line-up with the mark for the cam pulley. If you had the cam gear off of the camshaft then make sure that the alignment peg on the end of the camshaft is also in the hole for the #1 as well.
