Default New Member- Protege 5 Modifications

Trying to find a site that can give me more SPECIFIC information on upgrading my 2003 protege 5. I am looking to improve handling a bit upgrading suspension, tires etc. I am also looking to install a cold air intake. Seems like there is soooo much information to sift through. I'm a computer geek but a mod NOOB. Pathetic. I'm not opposed to DIYing things, but I certainly don't want to pooch my ride up in the process. can anyone direct me to a site? book? someplace that offers ratings on parts etc?
I love this forum, but I haven't been ablen to find exactly what I need.
Cheers- soul.
