Default Manual transmission radiator replacement - same part as automatic?

Hi y'all, tried the search feature and couldn't find an answer.

2001 Protege ES 2.0 w/ AC and manual transmission

I've never replaced a radiator before and I'm shopping for a new one, all the ones I'm finding so far specify they're for cars with an automatic transmission. Is the same radiator used for both transmissions and the transmission fluid lines just capped off for the manual, or do I need to find one specifically for the manual?

Thanks in advance!

The Nissens catalog has their 69463 radiator listed for auto and manual.

Thank you for the reply. I've never done a radiator swap before, looks like the ones for sale have provisions for ATF cooling but come with caps on the tubes coming out of the radiator. I tried looking for the extra lines today but won't be able to see them until I take the fans off.

Its so the aftermarket manufactuer only has to make one version.
