I recently bought the muffler but haven't installed yet! Does someone have this Muffler installed in your car? Any comment Opinion

For the sake of peace and quiet in your neighborhood please do not put this noise box on your car. There are transportation codes in each state that regulate "A motor vehicle shall be equipped with a muffler in good working condition that continually operates to prevent excessive or unusual noise."

It depends on how big it is. Usually if it's just a muffler it will be same size or 1 size bigger (1/4"). Shouldn't be that noisy, especially on a stock system.
I saw one the other day that was a lot bigger than stock (the pipe going in to muffler) and the mechanic had to make an adapter pipe: this is a real Fartmobile. It was a real big fart can.

If I was your neighbor I would be calling the cops on you for excessive noise.
It would be best to find something else to compensate for one of your small body parts.
