High Idle

I was thinking of adjusting the throttle sensor also?

But you said earlier you adjusted the idle speed. If you did not touch either screw how did you go about adjusting the idle speed? Did you only switch the cable from the wrong slot to the right one?

Throttle sensor: you mean throttle position sensor.

I didn't touch any of the screws,I learned a long time ago on my Nissan pickup never to mess with those lol
Yes I just put the cable in the wrong slot,that was it
Sorry about the confusion
Thanks for the link on adjusting the TPS.I will check that out when I get home

I adjusted the screw under the TB & now it's right where it should be
IDK if somehow with vibration that went up but now it's under 1,000 rpms & she sounds great
