Default Electronics issue when ignition off

I recently bought a 2003 Protege5 off some guy, but I've been having an issue with the electronics once the car is off, specifically:
- Trip meter resets
- Keyless entry does not work (I've tried reprogramming when the key is in, it works until the key is taken out)
- Stereo settings reset (not a huge deal)

I'm fairly new to automotive troubleshooting, but I'm suspecting something to do with the fuses? It has an aftermarket alarm/starter that does not work if that helps... Once the E-brake is pulled to park, the blue light on the receiver starts blinking and continues to when i leave the car.

Thank you in advance...

Definitely sounds like room fuse. Check all your fuses.
