Default drive belt

Hi there, new to the forum i have an 02 protege 5, i bought it brand new i am now at 103,000kms i have done all regular schedule maintenance and oil changes to date...........only mod is ractive superflow air intake and mazda speed stainless exhaust pipe............just curious if other 02 p5 owners have had their drive belt replaced?? it says in the book to have it inspected at 93,000kms i did and it was fine.........at the dealership they suggested replacing it at 100,000kms ........should i replace mine now??

Do you mean timing belt? If so, it would be best to get it done so you don't have to worry. Or if you mean the serpentine belt, yes do it! Peace of mind is priceless!
