Default Broke timing belt

99 mazda 1.6 protege I replaced timing belt. The whole kit. Reset timing. Tried to crank it but no luck. Spins but no start. I need correct way to set timing after replacing broken belt. I've got no fire at the crank sensor. I'm not getting anything from the ECM to sensor. I need correct way to troubleshoot my crank sensor.. I'm not sure if I've done the timing and sensor check the correct way. I'd appreciate

Look on utube theres a few videos of how to set timing there, most likely you dont have the timing right, the balancer on bottom has a notch to line it up to. The cams also have to be in correct position if belt off by 1 tooth it wont start..Good Luck
