96 protege no start
scanned with obd2 tool and got these codes. please help.

That's a lot of codes, daquane25. If all of these codes appear all at once than you have reason to think that the sensors are o.k. but a main connection is failing.
Most likely there is a bad connection to the computer. Find that harness at the computer and disconnect it. Maybe you had moisture getting in there. Clean it and reconnect it.
Check all ground connections, in particular the engine to body grounding strip.
I don't know where these things are, you have to look for them.
