Ok then. Back to basics. Crank it for 5 sec. pull 2 spark plugs. Wet? Then you have fuel. Put a spark plug in one of the removed wires and lay it on the engine so the bare metal of the plug is touching the head or something that is grounded. Crank it and look for spark at plug.

If those two items are present, pull the remaining spark plugs and take compression readings of all 4 cylinders. et me know what you find out.
