i'm having some troubles with the tensioner for the timing chain between the cams on my 1.5 Z5 engine.
Long story short: took out the cams because i removed the head to change valve stem seals. After installing it again the tensioner was soft and made a lot of ticking and rasling noises. I tought it was broken so i bought a brand new OEM tensioner (Z501-12-500). Installed the tensioner and cams again, but still the same. Tensioner is soft and the chain is slack and is making noises.
Took the tensioner out again and fed oil in the feed hole, while blocking the output holes that lubes the chain. This made the tensioner hard as it should. Then again i installed it and started the car. It ran smooth and without any noises for about a minute. Then the same thing all over again. Smooth tensioner.
For info i have blown air down the oil chanel that feeds oil to tensioner. Oil pressure is within spec. I have tried to look for a manual that mention anything on how to install this but i can't find anything. Now i am out of ideas. Is there any spesial procedure to vent or install this tensioner? Or have anyone had the same problem?
Appreciate all help
Jonas Oil feeds into the small 3mm hole to bottom left.

It really helps us to help you if you use the common or community chosen language which in this forum is English. While translation programs work well they take time but they don’t alway translate technical information in the best way.
The hydraulic tensioner on the Mazda Z5 1.5 engine doesn't normally require a special bleeding procedure: it self-primes with oil pressure. Since your tensioner becomes hard when you manually prime it and then goes soft again after a minute, the problem likely stems from a loss of internal pressure or an oil supply issue under load.
