Default 2006 mazda 6 2.3l

idles a little rough, auto zones code reader said timing advanced but this motor has a timing chain not a belt. also codes for crank sensor and cam sensor came up. does anyone know what this is??

I would have a look at the sensors and their wiring. There may be dirt on them. Another possibility is that the the timing chain, gears, guides and tensioner are worn.

could they be that worn at 133xxx?

I would not expect that they are as long as the engine had proper oil changes and was not red lined frequently.
When a chain wears it gets longer. The guides and tensioner pick up the slack.

Things that can happen are: tensioner spring could break or the mechanism could be stuck. When revving high the chain could jump a tooth.

Therefore: check the sensors first. Then have a look at the cam timing as well. Use a manual to find how to do that. You need to know the location of the timing marks on the crank shaft and the cam gears.

another thing, i disconnected the battery and now the auto up/down switch for the windows stopped working. ever hear anything like that before?
