Mazda MX-3 and Mazda MX-6 These two sporty models have become popular cars for import tuners due to the availability of parts, the low price, and the smooth lines.

Cool MX3 head gasket change.

Hey guys!
This is my first time ever using a form so bare with me.
I'm about to purchase a '92 MX3 for $500 with some goodies
Like headers full custom exhaust.
The guy says it needs a he's gasket and he don't feel like
Messing with is as he has other cars he is working on.
I am just curious to how easy this is going to be. It has the 1.8 v6
If I'm going to do it I'm just going to do all the gaskets from the heads up.

Am I going to be in over my head on this??

I can't answer your question because it would require judging your ability.Go the other way around watch some Youtubes and see if you are up to it. This is on a 4cyl:

I know I can do it. I'm proficient with cars and have done everything other than rebuild an engine. I'm just trying to see how easy this is going to be. I've done multiple Hondas. This is my first mazda which is just ford and I've had an escort 1.9 which was a cake walk.
