you hjad it running quite well, then you put it through the big puddle. So you know you caused the new problems. It is most likely that the water got into the O2 sensor from the out side. Take a Maf sensor cleaner and spray the outside of the sensor. hopefully you can see where the openings for the outside air are. You need to spray in there. The maf sensor cleaner will completely evaporate. Hopefully it removed the dirt/water.
Also look if there is water in the wiring. Dry it out.
