I keep shorting out the relay and the the left side quits working. I must have a short somewhere and was wondering if anyone has had this problem. I have bought 2 so far and at 50 bucks a peice i need to fix it any help please

 

I would start by removing the left front and rear signal lights/bulbs and closely inspecting them. Check the grounds/wiring. Any corrosion should be cleaned and dialectric grease applied to the bulb sockets. If that is all good i would inspect the turn signal switch.
