RE: fuel filter change
you dont need a diagram. remove the carpet in the trunk, and up by the ski hole door, there will be a circular plate, gold, and i think 3 screws hold it down. you cant miss it. under that plate is the filter. this is not a fun job. i get at it thru the ski door. i sit on the back seat, and go at it from there. it is really tight, and if you got big hands, it is worse. everyone has theories on how to get it so there wont be any fuel pressure in the system. none of them work. you will spill some fuel. i would let it sit overnite, then loosen the filler cap, then pull the filter. i think then you get the least amount of fuel spilled. doing the run the car then pull the fuel pump relay is worse. make sure you look at the filters, otherwise, you might install it backwards.

no, but it is really tight in there. getting the spring hose clamps off is not easy. there is a cable hose clamp tool, but i dont have one. there is a bracket that holds the filter to the tank, and iirc, there is a carriage bolt. if that sucker is rusted, you will have a heck of a time getting the filter off. lots of rags to catch the fuel spill, and lots of ventilation.
